Last updated: 31 July 2026
About this policy
Blake Entertainment operates the Rolling Thunder Vietnam websites, including pages for the Australian and New York productions. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use these websites or contact us.
Information we collect
If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, the contents of your message and any other information you choose to provide.
Our website hosting and security services may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver, secure and maintain the websites.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide requested information, manage communications you request, operate and protect the websites, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
With your permission, the Home and Concert pages use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand visits and site use, and the Meta Pixel to measure advertising and create retargeting audiences. These services do not load unless you select “Yes, that's OK” in our cookie banner. You can revisit your choice using the Cookie settings button.
Videos, fonts and external services
Some pages contain content supplied by third parties, including YouTube videos and externally hosted fonts. Loading or playing this content may allow the provider to receive technical information and set cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Links to venues, ticket sellers, social platforms and other external websites are governed by the privacy policies of those organisations. Blake Entertainment is not responsible for how external websites handle personal information.
Sharing and storage
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the websites, deliver email, manage enquiries, provide ticketing or maintain security. We may also disclose information where required by law. Some providers may process information outside Australia and apply the privacy laws of their location.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access or disclosure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw a communication request, or ask us to delete information that is no longer required. Legal or record-keeping obligations may sometimes limit what we can delete.
Visitors outside Australia may have additional rights under the privacy law that applies where they live. Contact us and we will respond to applicable requests.
